Protect your harness frames with spacers made from finest Hardwoods (beech and hard maple), Lignoferro® Densified Wood, or Nylon. due to the light weight, hardness, and wear-resistant qualities of hard maple and beech, many prefer harness frame spacers made from these natural hardwoods. when extra strength and durability are needed, Lignoferro® Densified wood, or Nylon materials are used.

PULLEYS: Custom made to your exact specifications -with or without bearings. made from high-pressure phenolic laminates, uhmw, nylon, or lignoferro® densified wood. pulleys from any of these materials out-perform aluminium pulleys, - last longer and eliminate fabric contamination and marking often caused by aluminium residue.

SPROCKETS: Eliminate soiled fabric caused by the oil lubrication required for metal sprockets. replace metal with grey-black m d sprockets made from nylon containing molybdenum disulfide solid lubricant, or with yn sprockets, made from yellow nylon integrated with synthetic lubricant, and eliminate the need for any oil lubrication. supplied with or without bearings manufactured to your specifications.
